MetatOGGer v2.0 's Description:
An easy-to use software that combines the flexibility and modularity of user-defined tags and the lightness of a .NET built program. Not only can MetatOGGer handle both MP3 and OGG (both of which all official tags are recognised), but also can it organize, rename, tag from filename, and tag multiple files. These features are built into a scalable two-window solution, which permits to sort songs according to personal criteria together with a preview of the file after modification.
Requires Microsoft .NET Framework. (Note that .NET Framework is included in Windows XP. It is recommended to update to the latest version.)
